How I broke cycles of depression, comparison and self-doubt

The Father’s Blueprint was born from a deep sense of calling: a response to the grace and guidance God has poured out on me. It is God’s wisdom and His strength that has been my foundation through every academic pursuit, professional milestone, and overcoming each personal struggle.

Growing up, I faced depression, constant comparison, fear of rejection, and an ongoing struggle to find direction and purpose. Despite academic achievements, a bachelor’s in psychology and an MBA, a career that began in social work and decades in corporate America, these challenges followed me into adulthood.

Outwardly, I appeared fine, but inside I wrestled with discouragement and confusion about my place in the world.

Searching for answers, I turned to God. The steps I now share with my clients are the same ones I followed to strengthen my relationship with Him, confront the lies I believed, and find real freedom.

Through prayer, deliverance, honest reflection, and therapy, I learned that God had a purpose for me, even when I felt lost. This journey was far from easy, but it shaped me into who I am today.

For all my adult life, my faith has been the anchor that helped me overcome these struggles. As a seasoned deliverance minister, a Life Coach, and a Certified Kingdom Practitioner, I’ve seen first hand how spiritual strongholds and negative beliefs can sabotage people’s potential.

My approach, rooted in both practical tools and spiritual insight, helps clients break cycles of depression, comparison, and self-doubt. I guide them in identifying their unique gifts, discarding limiting beliefs, and courageously pursuing God’s plan for their lives.

The Father’s Blueprint was founded to empower others through the same path of restoration I walked myself. Every victory I’ve experienced is the result of God’s grace, and His strength.

My story is proof that no matter how lost or discouraged you feel, purpose and clarity are possible. Today, my mission is to walk alongside others, offering practical wisdom and compassionate support as they step into the life they were meant to live.
