Allison Stoute
After years of working across social work and corporate America, with advanced training in psychology and business, I witnessed a pattern that became impossible to ignore: highly capable, intelligent, faith-filled people burning out, shrinking their gifts, and silencing their God given instincts in order to survive systems built on performance, comparison, and fear.
Success was rewarded. Wholeness was not.
